The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience with marketing technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).

Egnyte is looking for a stellar customer marketing manager, that has previous experience marketing to and driving demand within a customer-base. This candidate should have a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective customer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and has broad experience across multiple channels and growth. Building, maintaining, and supporting relationships with sales counterparts is critical to success in this role.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders to help build customer marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue within our core verticals

Utilize customer insights to design and implement programs that will drive additional cross-sell and upsell revenue

Analyze and segment customers with product usage insights to identify trends and patterns useful in demand gen programs

Work cross functionally to help build Egnyte's product-led motion. Specifically focused on giving sales "at-bats" to drive additional pipeline and revenue

Develop quarterly plans and work closely with Sales to modify/adapt based on pipeline coverage or gap needs.

Earn the role of trusted advisor on all thing’s customer pipeline and revenue to Sales leadership

Work with Marketing and Sales Ops to track, analyze and report on campaign performance across all channels

Proactively identify gaps, trends, standard methodologies, headwinds, and tailwinds that impact the vertical

Work with Product Marketing to understand our content and messaging strategy, ideal customer profile, and personas to ensure enablement and regional consumption

Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

       5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on customer programs and analytics. Growth marketing experience preferred

       Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills

       Knowledge and understanding key technologies – Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau

       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

       Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making

Highly motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to autonomously prioritize multiple requests

Ability to create and present to executives as well as effectively work directly with sales teams

Building strong working relationships, influencing and collaborating for cross-functional teamwork

Business acumen with high proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 

COMPENSATION:

·  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $86k - $147k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
