Job Description

The Customer Success Associate at Appier acts as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing day-to-day operations, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, and ensuring timely project delivery. Responsibilities include developing and deploying marketing campaigns (App Push, Web Push, Website Pop-ups), creating client reports and analyses, and assisting with campaign testing. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin, possesses strong digital marketing knowledge, and demonstrates excellent organizational and analytical skills. Fresh graduates with relevant interest and basic knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

About the role

The Customer Success Associate brings energy and expertise to all their accounts. You will know everything that’s happening on an account’s campaigns, and what needs to happen next.

An ideal candidate for the role will become a trusted advisor to enable clients to apply enterprise solutions to achieve their business objectives

 

Responsibilites

  • Being the day-to-day operations contact – Attending meetings alongside Customer Success Managers, assisting in brainstorms, calls, daily team liaison, managing timelines and deadlines, production/project management where required, ensuring the client scope of work is delivered on a day-to-day basis, etc.
  • Development of campaign ideas and deployment of campaigns – Across App Push, Web Push, Website Pop-up campaigns – working with the respective regional Customer Success teams where appropriate, to suggest and deploy creative engagement/activation ideas and content
  • Report creation and management – create weekly and monthly client reports, regular client updates and analysis of data to optimise future activity
  • Assist with testing campaigns before launch to ensure that marketing activities proceed as expected.

 

About you

[Essential]

  • Native language proficiency in Mandarin. Good conversational English proficiency. (Additional proficiency in Japanese is a bonus)
  • Min. 1-2 years’ experience working for a digital/creative/social media agency or brand (Fresh graduates with interest and basic knowledge of digital marketing are also welcome to apply)
  • Strong interest in digital marketing — e.g. email marketing, inbound marketing, app and web push marketing, digital advertising on Facebook, Google, LINE etc.
  • Excellent organisation skills, including time management and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (HTML, PPT, Excel, Word etc). CSS/Javascript skills are an advantage but not crucial
  • Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms
  • Creative thinker, capable of suggesting digital campaign ideas that benefit the client brand as well as engages users
  • Proven experience of digital marketing campaign data analysis and insights reporting
