This Senior Associate role in Campaign Ops focuses on improving the user experience of Paytm's cashback points program. Must have:

2-3 years experience in digital marketing

About the team: We are responsible for running the Paytm Cashback Points Program

About the role: This is a user experience improvement role. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders across customer service, product, engineering, sales, Growth to drive key initiatives for improving the user experience in the consumer loyalty program.

Expectations/ Requirements:

-Responsible for setting up advertising campaigns in the in-house tool at Paytm & executing them

-Optimize campaigns to meet advertiser ROI expectations

-Track & report health metrics related to campaign performance

Ideal Candidate Should have:

1. 2-3 years of experience in running digital marketing campaigns in an agency or a product company

2. Strong Analytical, MS excel skills

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

-High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation

-Understanding of Technology and User Experience

-Willingness to experiment and improve continuously

-Knowledge of excel
