This Senior Associate role in Campaign Ops focuses on improving the user experience of Paytm's cashback points program. Responsibilities include setting up and executing advertising campaigns using Paytm's in-house tools, optimizing campaigns to meet advertiser ROI goals, and tracking/reporting performance metrics. The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across customer service, product, engineering, sales, and growth teams. Success demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The role involves leveraging data for business insights and strategic decision-making within the company's large user base.

Must have:

2-3 years experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
Campaign setup and execution
Campaign optimization for ROI
Performance metric tracking and reporting

Good to have:

Understanding of technology and UX
Willingness to experiment and improve

About the team: We are responsible for running the Paytm Cashback Points Program

About the role: This is a user experience improvement role. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders across customer service, product, engineering, sales, Growth to drive key initiatives for improving the user experience in the consumer loyalty program.

Expectations/ Requirements:

-Responsible for setting up advertising campaigns in the in-house tool at Paytm & executing them

-Optimize campaigns to meet advertiser ROI expectations

-Track & report health metrics related to campaign performance

Ideal Candidate Should have:

1. 2-3 years of experience in running digital marketing campaigns in an agency or a product company

2. Strong Analytical, MS excel skills

-High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation

-Understanding of Technology and User Experience

-Willingness to experiment and improve continuously

-Knowledge of excel
