Job Description

This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on leveraging real estate expertise and digital marketing knowledge to help realtors enhance their marketing strategies. The SDR will build strong relationships with real estate agents, prospect and close new deals, deliver compelling presentations, meet sales targets, and collaborate with a team. Responsibilities include driving subscriptions, boosting advertising revenue, providing exceptional customer service, and customizing solutions to meet client needs. A background in real estate or digital marketing with at least two years in B2B sales is preferred. The position offers a competitive compensation (six-figure OTE potential), relocation support (Richmond, VA), and comprehensive training.

Your Role: 

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents to drive subscriptions and boost their advertising revenue.

  • Engage Through Virtual Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our client’s offerings and convert leads into loyal users.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Real Estate Experience: A background in real estate or digital marketing, with at least two years in B2B sales preferred. 

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in a corporate sales environment with the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
