You’ll join the ecommerce and sales team. This position requires a results-driven professional with strong business acumen, capable of fostering relationships with wholesale buyers, merchants, and internal teams. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational skills, analytical expertise, and adaptability to the dynamic e-commerce landscape.
Ecommerce Wholesale Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and support initiatives to drive e-commerce wholesale growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, communicating business trends and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Oversee new item setups, ensure product compliance, and manage case logs.
- Track rankings, analyze market share data, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance consumer experience.
- Manage and maintain product content, including images, copy, brand store pages, A+ content, consumer questions, and reviews.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling, to analyze and present data effectively.
Ecommerce Wholesale Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional and/or military experience, including 3+ years in Amazon e-commerce account management.
- Critical thinker with a curious and inquisitive mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and adapting to changing priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including experience with pivot tables, macros, and complex data analysis; familiarity with additional data analysis tools is a plus.
- Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, particularly on Amazon is a plus!
