We are looking for a Performance Marketer with a strong strong on paid performance & email marketing campaigns. If you are adept in strategizing, implementing & optimizing marketing campaigns that add value to our acquisition, remarketing and monetization efforts to amplify our business goals, this role is for you.


As a Performance Marketer, you will work closely with our experienced marketing team to create, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.


Responsibilities

  • Design marketing programs for top of the funnel, middle of the funnels and identify right channels of growth across digital, offline, social etc
  • Drive both paid performance and use data to analyse success.
  • Analyze data and callout insights, drive decisions backed with data
  • Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of paid campaigns
  • Provide recommendations around campaign structuring, targeting across Search, display, remarketing, email marketing, and revenue programs in accordance with revenue goals.
  • Writing own Search Ad Copy and working with teams to build and optimize landing pages, improve quality score of ads on google and optimize campaign structure.
  • Running A/B tests across paid search campaign, email campaigns, landing pages. Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep himself/herself well-informed with the latest in industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with internal revenue goals.
  • Perform traffic and competitor analysis regularly to maintain an edge Ability to plan, design, and execute paid social (Facebook, Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn) campaigns
  • Ability to build and track conversion funnels using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools
  • Optimize campaign performance towards awareness, acquisition, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)


Skills Required:

  • You have an undergraduate/postgraduate degree or higher.
  • You have minimum of 3+ years of experience, and 2+ years in driving performance marketing campaigns in consumer-based company.
  • You have managed previously marketing spends of around $100K in digital marketing for a D2C brand.
  • You are certified on the Google advertiser ecosystem (Analytics, Adwords, Display).
  • You are highly analytical and can analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • You are very hands-on and lead from the front to get it done.
  • You have high amount of hustle and ability to discover opportunity / arbitrage.
  • You are a people’s person and can effectively lead teams and play well with peers.
  • You can effectively communicate across audiences and in the written & oral.
  • You are detail oriented and care about the little things.
