We are looking to hire a Senior Insights Manager to lead Germany Brand Campaign Insights and join our Marketing Insights team. This role will report to the Head of Global Campaign Insights, and will be based out of Dreilinden.
What you will accomplish:
Lead end-to-end brand campaign insight work for the German market across Parts & Auto, C2C and other full-funnel campaigns.
Identify relevant insights about the German consumer & German culture to inspire creative development. Collaborate with the Brand team on creative briefs and campaign strategies within the market.
Lead research that guides creative development, campaign measurement and media optimization.
Cull and analyze data from existing research (interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, or other qualitative or quantitative research) to inform campaign recommendations.
Build compelling, insightful storylines that illuminate opportunities and threats to creative and media planning.
Build positive relationships with a diverse set of global cross-functional business partners and agency partners to understand their challenges and priorities, define insight roadmaps, and drive actions through insight delivery.
What you will bring:
7+ years demonstrable work experience in a Consumer Insights role, with a focus on marketing campaign insights and measurement.
Strong background in 1) campaign development research, 2) advertising pre-testing, 3) campaign in-market measurement (handling longitudinal trackers) and 4) media measurement research.
Positive can-do, flexible attitude, understanding that the role is fast paced with tight timelines, ready to jump in and implement research alongside other team members in a hurry, and resilient and adaptable in the face of changing plans or timelines
A love for infusing German cultural insight into full-funnel marketing. Essentially, a German native speaker, and fluent in English.
Empathetic – ability to build strong intuition based on deep consumer understanding.
Collaborative approach that allows you to work across a global organization to build a plan, gain alignment, and implement it. Excellent collaboration skills with Marketing and ad agency partners.
Experience presenting laterally and to Sr leaders, both in-market and in a global capacity.
