Why do we need you?
The Marketing Creative Lead is responsible for optimising creative campaigns by analysing their effectiveness, testing various creative variations, and implementing improvements that maximise the performance of advertising campaigns. This role combines analytical skills with creative thinking and a solid understanding of marketing strategies and User Acquisition (UA) to enhance marketing materials and communication strategies.
The Marketing Creative Lead aims to maximise the effectiveness of advertising campaigns by continuously optimising creative content based on data analysis, testing variants, and implementing innovative solutions. This specialist, who is competent in creative strategy and User Acquisition, ensures that all creative elements of campaigns are optimally aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of Creative Campaign Effectiveness:
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok), focusing on metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and other KPIs.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in advertising creatives.
Create reports that present campaign results and recommendations for further actions.
2. Creative Testing and Optimization:
Planned and conducted A/B and multivariate tests with the UA team on different creative variants (e.g., different headlines, images, CTAs).
Implement best practices in creative development based on test results and identified patterns.
Propose and implement changes in advertising campaigns based on tests to improve their effectiveness.
3. Collaboration with the Creative Team:
Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to create and modify advertising creatives.
Provide the creative team with test data and insights to inform the creative process and strategy.
Offer feedback on creative projects regarding their optimisation potential.
4. Collaboration with the User Acquisition (UA) Team:
Collaborate closely with the UA team to synchronise optimisation efforts with user acquisition campaigns.
Work together to identify the most effective channels and advertising formats that attract users.
Participate in regular meetings with the UA team to discuss campaign results, test strategies, and plan future actions.
5. Prototyping and Innovation Implementation:
Propose new concepts and innovations in advertising creatives that can lead to better campaign results.
Prototype new formats, layouts, and advertising styles, testing their effectiveness on small target groups.
Continuously seek new tools and technologies that can streamline the creative optimisation process.
6. Monitoring Market Trends and User Behavior:
Track the latest trends in digital advertising and user behaviour to adjust advertising creatives to changing consumer preferences.
Analyse competitor activities and draw conclusions that can be applied to optimise your campaigns.
7. Reporting and Recommendations:
Regularly create optimisation reports for managers and stakeholders, including recommendations for further actions.
Present optimisation results and implement changes at creative team meetings and with other departments.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience in User Acquisition (UA): Solid understanding of UA strategies, including knowledge of user acquisition channels, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis.
Strategic Competence: Ability to develop and implement optimisation strategies that align marketing goals with creative solutions.
Experience in Conducting Creative Tests: Familiarity with testing and optimisation tools, such as Replai and Sensor Tower.
Data Interpretation Skills: Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions that impact campaign optimisation.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work with the creative team UA team and translate data into specific creative recommendations.
