Position Overview:

As a Senior Game Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the core gameplay experience of our new games. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Art, UI/UX, and QA to bring innovative ideas to life. Your responsibilities include:

What You'll do:

• Collaborate with the PM to define high-level roadmap concepts based on stakeholder input, player feedback, data, and market trends.
• Design and balance game features, leveraging data and competitor research to refine and optimize experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and player preferences to drive innovation.
• Contribute to multiple areas, such as level design, economy balancing, and meta systems.
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly to the team.

What You Bring:

• +5 years of experience as a Senior Game Designer in mobile free-to-play games. Previous experience in the puzzle genre is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of gameplay design, including controls, pacing, and systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience designing Core, Meta, and Social game systems.
• Proven skills in fast prototyping with tools like Figma, Protopie, etc.
• Excellent skills to utilize spreadsheets.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with economy balancing and data analysis.
• Knowledge of analytics, product management, or statistics.
• Strong background in user testing and player behavior analysis.
• Experience leading brainstorming sessions and design reviews
