Job Description

The HR Program Manager is responsible for managing the organization's giving-back programs, office events, social media activities, career page, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn pages, producing monthly newsletters, managing company gifts, and DE&I activities. They also organize ongoing training for new hires and employees, track travel, book venues and activities, and post monthly employee referral communication. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in program management, event planning, employee experience activities, budgeting, project management, and strong communication and Excel skills.

Description

Job Title: Human Resources Program Manager
Location: NYC Office
Responsibilities
  • Manage the organization's giving-back programs per the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Monitoring budget and operating plan for the programs.
  • Responsible for planning and executing all office events.
  • Managing social media activities
  • Managing Career page, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn pages
  • Producing monthly newsletters. 
  • Managing company gifts throughout the year- Holidays, quarterly, new hires, weddings, etc.
  • Managing all DE&I activities- assisting ERGs with their activities, raising awareness, recognizing different groups
  • Organize ongoing training for new hires and employees- track travel, and book venues and activities.
  • Post monthly employee referral communication
  • Design internal communication flyers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in program management, event planning, and employee experience activities
  • Proven experience in budgeting
  • Understanding of project management.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Reporting to CHRO
