As a Technical Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter at WebFX, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding. Responsibilities include crafting recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, writing job descriptions, managing the employee referral program, and optimizing the hiring funnel. You will collaborate with hiring managers and utilize an ATS system. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience recruiting developers/engineers. Experience with various job boards, meeting platforms, and Boolean search operators is essential. This remote position offers extensive training, career development, and a supportive work environment.

- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
- Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers.
- Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English.
- Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Managing every stage of the recruitment cycle
- Establishing touchpoints and maintaining follow through
- Consulting with others to craft holistic recruiting strategies
- Developing an unbiased and efficient interview process
- Deliberating with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs
- Writing job descriptions for both internal and advertising use
- Participating in the management of the employee referral program
- Incorporating a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
- Providing recruitment status reports to management
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Assisting with the future implementation and proper use of the ATS system
- Launching and developing the onboarding processes for new hires
Compensation
Negotiable, based on experience

Asia (Philippines / Indonesia)
This position requires overlapping hours from 3:30 AM EST - 12:00 PM EST (New York Time Zone) Monday - Friday.
Africa / Europe (Ghana, UK, Ireland, Kenya, etc)
This position requires overlapping hours from 6:00 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
*** This excludes South Africa, where our in-office team follows a different schedule.
North America & South America
This position requires overlapping hours from 8:00 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
