Overview:
You will take a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand, managing campus and social media initiatives, and driving internal culture-related activities. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement through creative project development, training programs, and branding strategies. This role requires a proactive and adaptable personality with a flair for creativity, strong collaboration skills, and flexibility in handling various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies for building and promoting Trend Micro’s employer brand across diverse platforms, including social media.
- Partner with universities for campus recruitment efforts, build lasting relationships, and promote Trend Micro as an employer of choice among young talent.
- Manage social media content to ensure alignment with company branding and engagement strategies. Create compelling posts, designs, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Support the design and implementation of employee development and training programs, promoting continuous learning and growth across the company.
- Drive and execute programs and initiatives that foster Trend Micro’s values, ensuring the alignment of organizational culture with business goals.
- Lead and contribute to various HR initiatives, events, and cultural activities that enhance collaboration, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employer branding, training, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing campaigns or content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in writing and communication.
- Content design skills and experience with social media management tools are a plus.
