As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans and improve new employee experience.
  • Represent the learning and development arm of Human Capital and provide suggestions/insights to its development and improvement.
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ascertain onboarding needs and new employee preparation.
  • Be able to support the HCBP in developing talent through management of policies, performance and procedures.
  • Support technical escalations for Workday issues and management.
