Job Description : Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
* Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
* Effectively manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using a CRM platform.
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Participate in sales development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Skills:
