Job Description

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering key operational, strategic, and performance reports to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves developing data collection and extraction strategies, analyzing business information, and effectively communicating insights to various levels of stakeholders, including executive, operational, and corporate teams. The Reporting Analyst will lead initiatives to improve reporting processes, ensure data consistency and accuracy, and support audit activities across operations. This position also contributes to the continuous enhancement of services by generating relevant and actionable insights, monitoring information needs, and assisting in the development of risk identification and control reporting frameworks.
Must have:
  • Design reporting of results, management indicators, operational, and strategic.
  • Plan and execute improvements within operational and support teams.
  • Develop strategies for collecting and extracting data.
  • Analyze and communicate company information to decision-makers.
  • Monitor and measure information satisfaction among internal and external users.
  • Develop and implement solutions for company information analysis.
  • Establish audit activities for data consistency and veracity.
  • Generate and present relevant information for service development.
  • Assist management and/or creation of key risk identification and controls information.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, DOMO)
  • Familiarity with ETL platforms (e.g., Talend)
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Databricks)
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated industries (e.g., finance)
  • Familiarity with data governance in regulated industries (e.g., finance)
  • Familiarity with control reporting practices in regulated industries (e.g., finance)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering key operational, strategic, and performance reports to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves developing data collection and extraction strategies, analyzing business information, and effectively communicating insights to various levels of stakeholders, including executive, operational, and corporate teams.

The Reporting Analyst will lead initiatives to improve reporting processes, ensure data consistency and accuracy, and support audit activities across operations. This position also contributes to the continuous enhancement of services by generating relevant and actionable insights, monitoring information needs, and assisting in the development of risk identification and control reporting frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design of reporting of results, management indicators, operational, and strategic. Plan and execute the study of improvements within operational and support teams.
  • Develop strategies for collecting and extracting data, analyzing, and communicating information about the company at different levels of decision-makers (company / executive / operations).
  • Participate in monitoring and measuring the satisfaction of the need for information among internal and external users.
  • Develop and implement solutions for the analysis of information concerning the company.
  • Establish audit activities issued to the product for different operations for the consistency and veracity of the data provided.
  • Generate and present relevant information that contributes to the development of services provided by the company.
  • Assist management and/or creation of key risk identification and controls information, and associated processes information.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conceptualize and implement practical reporting and data solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of, and proven ability to apply, advanced business analysis concepts, data practices, and performance metrics relevant to the assigned area or function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Effective collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions based on data-driven findings.
  • Highly detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp new systems, tools, and concepts quickly, including adapting to evolving data environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros), and Outlook for professional communications and scheduling.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL (writing queries, data extraction, and manipulation).
  • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and ownership of tasks, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a clear focus on internal and external customer satisfaction through timely and relevant reporting.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
