The role involves analyzing client needs and delivering customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction in the French market. Candidates can specialize as a Senior Technical Consultant or a Business Process Consultant, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
Must have:
  • Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with CSM modules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proven ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • For Senior Technical Consultant (STC) Profile: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization and development.
  • For Senior Technical Consultant (STC) Profile: Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects with a focus on targeted modules, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • For Business Process Consultant (BPC) Profile: Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization.
  • For Business Process Consultant (BPC) Profile: Deep understanding of customer service operations and best practices.
  • For Business Process Consultant (BPC) Profile: Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive adoption.
Good to have:

Role Summary

As a ServiceNow CSM Consultant at R5 Labs, you'll lead strategic implementation and optimization projects specifically focused on Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.

We're looking for professionals who can fill either a Senior Technical Consultant (STC) role or a Business Process Consultant (BPC) role - you don't need to have both skill sets, expertise in one area is perfectly sufficient. You'll partner directly with French-speaking clients, analyze their needs, and deliver customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction across the French market.

  • ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in CSM modules.
