R5 Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant SPM to lead strategic implementation and optimization projects focused on Strategic Portfolio Management for French-speaking clients. The role involves analyzing client needs and delivering customized ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction across the French market.

Good To Have:

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in SPM modules.

Must Have:

Lead strategic implementation and optimization projects focused on Strategic Portfolio Management.
Partner directly with French-speaking clients.
Analyze client needs and deliver customized solutions.
Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically SPM module.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
Fluency in French and English.

Requirements

ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in SPM module.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in SPM modules highly preferred.
Project Management Skills: Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects with a focus on targeted modules, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
