This Summer Intern Program offers an inside look into potential career paths, allowing you to apply coursework in practical settings. You'll gain exposure to daily tasks and long-term strategies within your department, building valuable relationships with industry experts. The role involves strategic oversight and hands-on execution to ensure business needs are understood, solutions defined, and projects delivered on time. It acts as both a delivery leader and analytical problem solver, aligning IT and business stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and driving outcomes to enhance products, systems, processes, and customer experiences.
Must Have
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project needs
- Translate needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Learn end-to-end delivery of solutions, from ideation through go-live and hypercare
- Build and maintain project and delivery plans aligned with business priorities
- Ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations
- Facilitate project meetings
- Ensure all critical documentation is maintained
- Provide clear, consistent updates on project health, milestones, and risks to leaders and stakeholders
- Knowledge of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall, and software delivery lifecycles (SDLC)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, and SQL basics
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving instincts, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Familiarity with data architecture, reporting, or analytics tools
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to take initiative and ownership of delivery
