This full-time position involves developing and maintaining high-performance backend systems using Golang and Python, defining scalable architectures, and collaborating with data and business teams. The specialist will also focus on improving the LNO platform's performance, providing technical support, and resolving complex problems, contributing to the global incident prevention strategy.
Must Have
- Develop and maintain high-performance Back-end systems in Golang and Python
- Define and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures
- Collaborate with data and business teams in investigating problems and opportunities in LNO integration services
- Build views and dashboards for evaluating performance indicators
- Support teams in technical agendas with LNO's strategic partners
- Act as a technical reference in the organization, defining code standards and innovative solutions for major challenges
- Solve critical problems of high complexity, influencing the global strategy for incident prevention and response
- Define observability strategies and ensure systems are effectively monitored, transforming data into strategic decisions
- Experience in Go and Python
- Solid experience in Cloud services
- Knowledge in messaging services
- Solid knowledge in observability
- In-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture

Job Description
The Specialist's daily routine involves not only the development of technology solutions but also the continuous search for opportunities to improve the performance of the LNO platform and its integrations. Furthermore, the role requires technical and conceptual support to the team, direct interaction with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders, demanding resilience, excellent communication, and the ability to solve complex problems.
