Job Description

The engineer will be working closely with multi-site based team members and be responsible for developing and maintaining Protium advanced compilation and run-time debug software tools. The engineer will be focusing on full design analysis including logic optimization, data path optimization, technology mapping, clock network analysis and critical path analysis, troubleshooting emulation performance issues and improve the tools accordingly. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Must have:
  • MS above in CS/EE or similar expertise with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficient with C/C++ programming on Linux platform.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge on compiler and debugger technologies.
  • EDA/CAD tool development experience or FPGA software experience.

Position Requirements:

  • MS above in CS/EE or similar level of expertise with 3+ years of working experience.

  • Candidate should be proficient with C/C++ programming on Linux platform.

  • Knowledge on compiler and debugger technologies are highly preferred.

  • EDA/CAD tool development experience or software experience for FPGA is preferable.

  • Requires good communication skills, attention to details, and ability to work in multi-site/multi-person project.

  • Good team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
