Element8 is a Dubai-based digital agency with a development center in Calicut. We specialize in web, mobile, and digital solutions for global clients. We are looking for passionate trainees eager to learn, grow, and build a career in development or testing.

Open Positions

🔹 Front-End Trainee

• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Convert designs (Figma/PSD) into responsive front-end layouts.
• Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
• Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

🔹 Python Trainee

• Learn backend development using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Build and integrate APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Work with databases and handle debugging, testing, and deployment tasks.

🔹 QA Trainee

• Learn manual testing methods and prepare test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing.
• Work with tools like JIRA, Postman, and Selenium.

🔹 WordPress Trainee

• Build and customize WordPress websites using themes and plugins.
• Manage updates, performance, and basic SEO improvements.
• Collaborate with designers and developers on client projects.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in your chosen domain (Front-End / Python / QA / WordPress).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Available to work on-site in Calicut.
