Job Description

The Solution Architect will understand business problems and implement secure, scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions. This role involves collaborating with wider architecture teams, communicating architecture to stakeholders, and delivering sustainable solution/technical architecture aligned with organizational vision. Key responsibilities include assisting in developing a solutions architecture program, following architectural standards, and managing small delivery teams to achieve value outcomes. The architect will also identify and recommend appropriate solutions, support product owners in evaluating product concepts, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Must Have:

Implement secure, scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions for business problems.
Collaborate with wider architecture teams and communicate architecture to stakeholders.
Deliver sustainable solution/technical architecture aligned with organizational vision.
Assist in developing solutions architecture programs and follow architectural standards.
Identify and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, or decommissioning options.
Support product owners in evaluating product concepts from technology/delivery/cost.
10+ years in software build, 3+ years in crafting end-to-end architecture.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, WebApi, Node, React/Angular, Python.
Experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Azure PaaS/IaaS.
Knowledge of .NET Architecture, Application & Cloud Design Patterns.
Ability to address performance bottlenecks for Application, Database & Infrastructure.
Experience with Identity & Access management (AD, Azure AD, SSO, RBAC).
Ability to convert business requirements into technical solution design using UML.
Experienced in using GIT, VSTS.
Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools, SOA, Micro services, Agile practices.
Define and enforce best practices, design/coding standards.
Proven problem solver, ability to work independently, excellent communication and user empathizing skills.
Hold a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Understand varied business problems and implement solutions that are secure, scalable, robust, and easily maintainable

• Collaborate with wider architecture teams across locations

• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates with wider architecture teams across locations to formalise and adopt appropriate standards and procedures

• Deliver sustainable solution/technical architecture to solve business problems in line with organisational vision and product & technology roadmap

• Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including roadmaps and project portfolios for systems architecture

• Follow architectural standards & conventions and gain approval for the deliverables as required by compliance & governance processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage small delivery teams to derive value outcomes

• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership

• Support product owner / project manager in evaluating viability of product concepts from technology / delivery / cost perspective

• Openly communicate with all the stakeholders. Timely communication on status & issues

Key skills and Technical Competencies

Advanced to Proficient levels mandatory skills and competencies: • Person with degree equivalent of Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or Master of Computer Application (MCA) • 10 + years in a software build role of which 3+ years in crafting end-to-end architecture • Programming Languages: C# ,Java Script

• Technologies/Tools: ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, WebApi ,Node, React\ Angular, Python

• Databases: SQL Server

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure PaaS, IaaS

• Architecture : .NET Architecture, Application & Cloud Design Patterns

• Performance : Address performance bottleneck for Application, Database & Infrastructure

• Identity & Access management: AD, Azure AD and application functionality such as SSO, RBAC

• Understand business requirement and convert them in technical solution design using UML

• Experienced in using GIT, VSTS

• Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools

• Knowledge of SOA, Micro services

• Knowledge of Agile practices & processes

• Knowledge of support model and their implementation

• Define and enforce best practices, design/coding standards to improve the quality of the deliverables and ensure the compliance with defined reference architecture and engineering prescriptions
