What you will be doing:
- Safe execution of the planned maintenance and repairs to the Indianapolis Operations Facilities with our internal resources including control of any necessary external contractors
- Coordinating, planning, and executing the facility maintenance to ensure the campus is running efficiently to support the production and development of our products in Operations
- Ensuring value for money on the execution plans, timelines, and total cost of ownership for the Indianapolis Operations Campus
- Communicating regularly and with high clarity to the Operations team, UAW representatives, and other stakeholders on plans and status of facilities projects
- Providing coaching, training, and mentoring to the facilities teams on safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Lead, coach and motivate project teams, including setting up, developing, and evaluating team performance where appropriate. Support the team in planning, prioritization, and escalation, as and when necessary.

- Budget Management - The project/program taking account of delivery and schedule performance, health and safety, cost management to deliver on time and on budget.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience OR
- Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for consideration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a wide range of projects including small to medium scale construction, refurbishment of office and workshop areas along with production related projects which can include machine tool and producing plant relocation and installations in operating environments.
- Experience liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including project sponsors, various business groups within the client organization and will require direct contact and liaison with external bodies such as supply chain consultants, architects, local authorities within the region of operation.
- Experienced in management of the project/program taking account of delivery and schedule performance, health and safety, cost management, risk management through all gates and phases and, where applicable, dispute resolution.
- Experience managing risks associated with internal and external factors.
