Job Description

Our IT Solutions Consultants help internal and external stakeholders find value in Rippling’s platform and IT Cloud products. They focus on revenue generation, value-driven presentations, and enabling prospective customers to realize Rippling's value. Experience in pre-sales with IT systems (identity, MDM, security) is required. You will join a diverse team, driving value for customers and enabling a best-in-industry buying experience. This role directly influences sales, product, and go-to-market strategy, working with various stakeholders and strategic customers.
Must have:
  • Partner with Sales team for prospect success during Rippling evaluation.
  • Understand prospect’s technical requirements and convey business value of IT product suite.
  • Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for unique business objectives.
  • Create, present, and maintain technical content for IT Cloud.
  • Become a product expert across Rippling platform and understand competitor landscape.
  • Provide customer and expert feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Work with SC peers and leadership to build best-in-class SC organization.
  • 4+ years pre-sales experience in Identity & Access Management, Mobile Device Management, security, and/or other IT tools.
  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent related work experience.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build.

About the role

Our IT Solutions Consultants help both internal and external stakeholders find value in Rippling’s platform and IT Cloud products. Our Solutions Consultants focus on revenue generation, value-driven presentations, and enabling our prospective customers to realize the value of Rippling. Experience working in a pre-sales capacity with IT systems (identity, MDM, security, etc.) is required.

You will join a diverse and exceptional team of Solutions Consulting professionals. Rippling SCs drive value for customers and enable a best-in-industry buying experience. Rippling is a place where you will do the best work for your life and have a direct hand in driving sales, product, and GTM strategy - working with a wide range of stakeholders and strategic customers.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling
  • Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s IT product suite
  • Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives

What you will need

  • 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in Identity & Access Management, Mobile Device Management, security, and/or other IT tools or equivalent professional experience

  • Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
