Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This opportunity offers in-depth training and support for a smooth transition, allowing you to learn about new systems and processes within Insurance Broking. You will enhance your skills through various in-house development programs and receive all benefits as per the location HR policy.

Must Have:
  • Manage own work queue for timely delivery as per SLA.
  • Process cases according to guidelines and checklists.
  • Escalate delays and queries after investigation.
  • Identify information gaps for process completeness.
  • Ensure data quality by taking end-to-end responsibility.
  • Participate in UAT testing for system accuracy.
  • Ensure regular performance reporting on SKELTA/Camunda/JIRA and Workflow.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and SOPs.
  • Highlight operational risks and escalate to authorities.
  • Adhere to data and information security guidelines (zero DLP).
  • Be aware of and adhere to regional regulations (data management, financial crime, GDPR).
  • Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in insurance broking.
  • Ability to work 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM shift.

We will count on you to:

Process Management:

  • Manages own queue of work to ensure timely delivery on all cases as per SLA
  • Understands process steps and guidance and processes case as per process guidelines and checklist
  • Escalates delays and queries appropriately after due investigation
  • Identifies gaps and anomalies in information provided to ensure process completeness before submission for client delivery
  • Ensures quality of data provided by taking end – to end responsibility of process delivery
  • Participates in UAT testing of system changes to ensure accuracy and consistency of results
  • Ensures regular reporting of performance on SKELTA/Camunda/JIRA and Workflow

Risk & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPs
  • Ensures operational risks are highlighted on time and escalates the same to proper authorities for corrective action
  • Adheres to data and information security guidelines ensuring zero DLP
  • Is aware of and adheres to regional regulations on data management, financial crime, GDPR etc

  • Contributes to team-based approach in managing customer and stakeholder needs or completing projects.
  • Demonstrates organizational values as it pertains to specific role requirements.
  • Conveys ideas / information between knowledgeable audience members
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks during peak volume periods
  • Conveys ideas / information between knowledgeable audience members
  • Gathers knowledge through on-the-job training
  • Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in the insurance broking domain
  • Should be okay with 6.30am – 3.30pm
