As a Specialist on the Legal Response Team, you will respond to inquiries from international legal authorities, law firms, and relevant parties with a high level of technical knowledge and professionalism within specified timeframes. This involves liaising with internal departments like compliance and risk, maintaining knowledge of company products, and building relationships with external stakeholders. You will also escalate unresolved issues, support team enhancements, and manage or participate in projects. The role requires a degree in law, compliance, or a related field, proficiency in English and at least one other EU language, and experience in a legal or customer service role.
