Job Description
The Fieldglass Consultant role requires 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass Implementation Rollout projects. The consultant should have experience with Source to Pay and be skilled in Fieldglass CWM SOW WP process and configuration. Integration experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S4HANA, and SAP ECC is essential, along with knowledge of SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, Success Factors, and Source to Pay. The consultant must work independently, deliver on time, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. They should identify risks, contribute to solutions, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in the defect life cycle and JIRA is also needed, along with strong analytical skills, ensuring zero escalations from the customer.
Must Have:
- 6-10 years of strong experience in SAP Fieldglass Implementation Rollout projects
- Experience in Source to Pay
- Skilled in Fieldglass CWM SOW WP process and configuration
- Integration experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S4HANA, and SAP ECC

Fieldglass Consultant
- 6 to 10 years of strong experience in SAP Fieldglass Implementation Rollout projects
- Should have worked in SourcetoPay
- Skilled on Fieldglass CWM SOW WP process and configuration
- Integration experience of SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba SAP S4HANA SAP ECC
- Knowledge SAP S4HANA SAP ECC SAP Ariba Success Factors and Source to pay
- Able to work independently and deliver on time with minimum assistance
- Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders
- Able to highlight risks and contribute to provide mitigations
- Proven track record of solving problems determining the best solution
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently
- Active listening techniques to understand issues requirements and situations
- Experience knowledge in Defect life cycle and tools in JIRA
- Selfreliant and good analytical skills
- Ensure zero escalations from the customer on the work done
