As a Specialized Claims Advisor within the Claims team, you will handle a multi-risk portfolio including payment methods and cards (travel cancellation, transport delays, lost/stolen luggage, etc.). Your responsibilities include taking calls, managing claims, verifying contract validity, following up on files, determining compensation amounts, and detecting potential fraud. You will provide explanations about the calculation of compensation and benefits offered to beneficiaries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and patience. Experience in customer service or assistance platforms is preferred, as is knowledge or experience in insurance.

Dans le cadre d’un CDD de 4 mois, vous occuperez un poste de Conseiller Spécialisé Indemnisation au sein de l’équipe Sinistres attachée au Département Affinitaires et Risques Spéciaux

Vous serez en charge d’un portefeuille multirisques « Moyens de paiement » et « Cartes » (annulation voyage, retard de transport, perte / vol bagage…)

A ce titre vous assurerez les missions suivantes :

  • Prise d’appels : déclaration des sinistres, suivi des dossiers, réponse aux questions liées aux contrats et à la gestion des sinistres ;
  • Vérification de la validité du contrat et la conformité du risque : adéquation du risque déclaré avec ses caractéristiques réelles ;
  • Suivi de l'avancement des dossiers et de leurs bonne tenue (renommer les pièces, procéder au classement des éléments, noter les commentaires pertinents…) ;
  • Détermination du montant de l’indemnité en fonction des conditions générales du contrat ;
  • Echanges et explications sur la méthode de fixation de l’indemnité et/ou des prestations offertes aux bénéficiaires ;
  • Détection des fraudes éventuelles.

Profil :

  • Expérience significative en plateforme téléphonique (conseil à la clientèle ou assistance)
  • Vous avez idéalement une formation, des connaissances ou une expérience en assurance
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et le sens du service client ;
  • Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques.
