As Sportsbook Operations Manager for International jurisdictions, you will lead and deliver best-in-class sports content and operational performance. Your objective is to drive engagement through timely, localised, and exciting content, pioneering AI-driven tools and workflows. You will champion the Sports domain, build operational excellence, and drive content innovation, ensuring seamless delivery of sports experiences that excite players and align with business objectives.

Must Have:
  • Champion the Sporting Calendar
  • Lead the creation and management of the sports calendar for all jurisdictions
  • Oversee the daily creation and planning of betting specials, boosts & promotions cards
  • Ensure all content is localised appropriately for each market
  • Monitor sportsbook performance and user engagement
  • Champion the use of AI tools for content generation, personalisation, event prioritisation, and campaign automation
  • Collaborate with Product, Data team, and Tech to refine, test, and scale AI-led content solutions
  • Set and maintain high operational standards across sports content delivery
  • Build strong working relationships with local and global teams
  • Line manage a small team of Sportsbook Content Operators
  • Demonstrable experience in sportsbook operations, content, or trading
  • Strong knowledge of the global sporting calendar, customer preferences, and market regulations
  • Experience working with sportsbook content tools and platforms
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, relevant, and localised betting content at pace
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to drive decisions

Who We Are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

As Sportsbook Operations Manager for International jurisdictions, you are accountable for leading and delivering best-in-class sports content and operational performance across both existing and future markets we enter.

Your objective is to drive engagement through timely, localised, and exciting content, while pioneering AI-driven tools and workflows that scale operations efficiently and intelligently.

Reporting to the VP Product Sports, you will champion the Sports domain, build operational excellence, and drive content innovation.

A key part of your role is to build internal excitement around key sporting events and ensuring our sportsbook consistently delivers relevant and commercially impactful experiences.

You will lead the adoption of AI-powered content and automation tools within the team and play a central role in our journey toward becoming the first fully AI-driven sportsbook. You will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, proactively aligning with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Trading to ensure seamless delivery of sports experiences that excite our players.

Your team will be known for delivering high-quality, localised sportsbook content at scale, and for being agile, innovative, and insight-led in how they work.

So, what will you be doing?

Champion the Sporting Calendar

  • Build internal momentum around major sporting events by championing them across Product, Marketing and Tech.
  • Lead the creation and management of the sports calendar for all jurisdictions — surfacing key moments and ensuring timely coverage and promotion.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure major sporting events are prioritised across relevant teams.
  • Define with insights what sporting events are more important on specific brands

Deliver and Scale Sportsbook Operations

  • Oversee the daily creation and planning of betting specials, boosts & promotions cards.
  • Ensure all content is localised appropriately for each market, meeting regulatory and customer expectations.
  • Monitor sportsbook performance and user engagement, identifying areas of friction or opportunity and recommending operational improvements.

Lead the AI-Powered Sportsbook Transition

  • Champion the use of AI tools for content generation, personalisation, event prioritisation, and campaign automation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data team, and Tech to refine, test, and scale AI-led content solutions, and lead on the operationalisation of AI tools post delivery.
  • Feed Content tools and logic requirements into Product and Tech teams and assist with QA through to successful release of new enhancements and features
  • Reduce reliance on manual content operations while maintaining quality and market relevance.
  • Use AI tools to create innovative new content experiences that create a key differentiator for our sportsbook product.

Own Operational Standards and Continuous Improvement

  • Set and maintain high operational standards across sports content delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting on performance, engagement, and the effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives.
  • Identify and establish ways of working with other teams.
  • Work with third parties and ensure day to day running of third party integrations is seamless

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Build strong working relationships with local and global teams including Product, Trading, Compliance, and Brand.
  • Ensure alignment between regional content delivery and broader business objectives.
  • Share market insights and advocate for market-specific needs in strategic discussions.

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Line manage a small team of Sportsbook Content Operators.
  • Set objectives and personal development plans aligned to both individual and business goals.
  • Develop a high-performance culture that emphasises accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team is upskilled in AI tools, localisation best practices, and industry trends to support our shift towards automated, scalable operations.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews to drive individual and team success.
  • Champion knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team, encouraging proactive communication and cross-market learning.

And what are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in sportsbook operations, content, or trading — ideally within European regulated markets.
  • Strong knowledge of the global sporting calendar, customer preferences, and market regulations.
  • Experience working with sportsbook content tools and platforms
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, relevant, and localised betting content at pace.
  • Experience leading or collaborating on AI or automation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
