Must Have

• Research and evaluate cutting‑edge AI/LLM technologies
• Design and execute POCs to validate feasibility prior to production integration
• Design and implement AI‑native development workflows
• Integrate tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex into daily engineering practices
• Build and maintain AI infrastructure and agents that enable AI‑powered development
• Drive AI adoption through hands‑on enablement, training, best practices, documentation, and technical guidance
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (Golang, Java, C/C++, or C#)
• Practical experience with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Codex or similar)
• Experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and multi‑agent systems
• Strong expertise in prompt and context engineering to optimize LLM performance
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions)

• Experience with vector databases and knowledge management systems
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and MCP integration
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
