Job Summary

This role combines deep technical AI expertise with organizational enablement. You'll empower engineers across Group 1 to leverage AI tools that accelerate development, enhance code quality, and unlock new possibilities in cybersecurity innovation.
Must Have
- Research and evaluate cutting‑edge AI/LLM technologies
- Design and execute POCs to validate feasibility prior to production integration
- Design and implement AI‑native development workflows
- Integrate tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex into daily engineering practices
- Build and maintain AI infrastructure and agents that enable AI‑powered development
- Drive AI adoption through hands‑on enablement, training, best practices, documentation, and technical guidance
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (Golang, Java, C/C++, or C#)
- Practical experience with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Codex or similar)
- Experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and multi‑agent systems
- Strong expertise in prompt and context engineering to optimize LLM performance
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Good to Have
- Experience with vector databases and knowledge management systems
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and MCP integration
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- DevOps practices
- Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

Your Mission
