Sr. Engineering Program Manager - Apple Account and Family - Apple Services Engineering

The iCloud program team is seeking an extraordinary Engineering Program Manager with a deep understanding of technology and a genuine passion for delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. This role involves driving and owning programs within the Apple Account and Family space, responsible for the setup and orchestration of Apple Account services like iCloud and iTunes, Sign in with Apple, iCloud Family creation and management, and Subscription sharing. Must Have

• Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of program issues.
• Present new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Apple to align the roadmap across various lines of business.

• Experience driving and delivering critical project features which involve partnerships with multiple different teams across Apple.
• Adept at leveraging data from diverse sources to draw insights and make informed decisions across their programs.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with and presenting to executive management.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, get buy-in, and thrive in a fast paced, oftentimes ambiguous environment.
• Technical curiosity along with the willingness to participate and contribute to technical discussions with engineering partners.
• Experience shipping consumer software at a large scale, used by millions of users.
• Previous experience working in product areas alongside Human Interface / UI / UX partners.

This position requires technical curiosity and intuition for business along with strong program management skills. We are looking for someone to drive, own, and ship all aspects of large, multi-functional efforts and feature areas.

• You will partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation.
• The successful EPM will proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of program issues.
• You will also present new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Apple to align the roadmap across various lines of business.

• 7+ years of project, product or program management experience in one or more of the following areas: cloud services, software development or operations
• Experience in and deep understanding of the software product lifecycle and lead projects from start to finish using Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related degree or equivalent experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $245,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
