As a Senior Insurance Sales Agent, you will engage with customers, guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process, analyze their needs using a consultative approach, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will be responsible for exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy. The role requires building instant relationships and closing sales in a remote setting, necessitating reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products.
  • Broker or call center experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products.
  • Active P&C or Personal Lines license.
  • Experience talking with customers over the phone.
  • Experience working in a similar call center environment.
  • Technologically competent with several systems and tools.

We are looking for individuals to join our inbound call center team as a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor and you will report to a Sales Team Lead. This role is crucial for customers that are shopping for insurance. To be successful, you will build instant relationship and close sales to exceed targets. This is a remote position, so reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are necessary. Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
  • Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage
  • Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold
2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products. Must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license.
  • Experience talking with customers over the phone.
  • Experience working in similar call center environment.
  • You are technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment.
  • You will work at least one weekend day per month.
