Job Description

As a Sr. Product Manager - AI/ML at Egnyte, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering critical machine learning and AI capabilities for Egnyte products. This includes creating generative AI applications to analyze complex data, respond to queries, and perform tasks for industry-specific use cases. You will leverage AI to solve customer business challenges, working closely with leadership, customers, UI/UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities involve defining and tracking key business metrics, ensuring product success through adoption and usability, and working directly with customers for demos and requirements gathering. A strong technical background and experience with ML/AI concepts (NLP preferred) are essential.
Must have:
  • 3+ years product management experience
  • Knowledge of ML/AI concepts (NLP preferred)
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS software
  • Work with global product/engineering teams
  • Direct customer interaction for demos and requirements
Good to have:
  • Financial Services experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for a range of product management functions to help deliver critical Machine Learning and AI capabilities for Egnyte products. You will need to leverage ML/AI to ensure the success of Egnyte products by focusing on adoption and usability.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create Generative AI powered applications to analyze complex data respond to common queries and perform tasks for industry-specific use cases
  • Leverage AI to solve specific business challenges faced by our customers
  • Work with leadership, customers and prospects to define the problems and solutions with AI
  • Work closely with UI/UX, Engineering and cross-functional teams and deliver with quick time-to-market solutions
  • Define key business metrics and track them

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts such as NLP, etc. is preferred
  • Experience working with Financial Services as a plus
  • Experience working and guiding product and engineering teams distributed globally
  • Experience building enterprise SaaS software for technical users & buyers
  • Demonstrated experience in working directly with customers for demos, requirements gathering and sales support.
  • Strong technical background. Prior experience in a software engineering role is desired
