Sr. Product Manager

Ramsey Solutions, a leader in personal finance, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join their team in Franklin, TN. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop digital solutions that drive behavior change and instill hope, aligning with the company's mission of providing biblically based, commonsense education. The ideal candidate will lead the creation of new digital products from conception to launch, focusing on customer love and business results.

Must Have

• 5–8 years of experience in digital product management or similar roles.
• Led or co-led product creation from the ground up as a founder or intrapreneur.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments, defining problems and paths forward.
• Track record of uniting cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
• Brings inventive thinking and curiosity to new product development.
• Asks bold, strategic questions to uncover the right problems.
• Ability to lead the creation of new digital products that customers love and drive business results.
• Inspire teams with creative direction and high-level strategy, grounded in user needs.
• Identify market gaps and customer behaviors to shape product vision from zero to launch.
• Build alignment across stakeholders through influence.

Salary: $100,000 - $142,000/year\* + profit sharing + benefits
