Salary: $100,000 - $142,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You'd Do in This Role:

In this role, you will work with a fast paced cross-functional team to understand customers and develop digital solutions that create behavior change and instill HOPE.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 5–8 years of experience in digital product management or similar roles.
• You have led or co-led the creation of a product from the ground up as a founder or intrapreneur.
• You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy defining both the problem and the path forward.
• You have a track record of pulling together cross-functional teams and uniting them around a shared vision.
• You bring inventive thinking and curiosity to the way you approach building new products.
• You ask bold, strategic questions that uncover the right problems to solve.

• Lead the creation of an entirely new digital product that customers love and drives business results.
• Inspire teams with creative direction and high-level strategy while staying grounded in user needs.
• Identify market gaps and customer behaviors to shape product vision from zero to launch.
• Build alignment across stakeholders through influence.
