The company is seeking a hands-on Staff Software Developer in Test to spearhead the integration of AI technologies into development and testing. This role is critical for modernizing QA capabilities, scaling testing efforts, and ensuring comprehensive coverage across existing products and a growing portfolio of AI-driven features.
Must Have
- Support the QA team working on Findem’s products
- Use AI tools to enhance testing coverage and automations across global locations
- Utilize AI tools to manage increased QA workloads without compromising release quality
- Perform test writings, executions, and reporting
- Automate manual test executions
- Bachelor of Engineering or higher, preferably in Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in the QA / SDET discipline
- Knowledge and experience using AI tools for development and testing (e.g., VS+ Cline, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Claude, Cursor + Cody)
- Experience using tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Browser Development Tool, CI/CD (Jenkins), Playwright/Selenium
Good to Have
- Ability to code in Typescript, Java, Python, or Shell scripting for backend or frontend automation
- Ability to champion and guide engineers on AI tools to improve development and QA processes
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to scope testing effort for assigned projects
- Ability to write comprehensive test plans and test cases for assigned projects
- Ability to work across non-QA teams like PM, DEV, and DevOps

Why We Need You:
We’re building the future of AI-driven sourcing and talent intelligence—and we’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact Staff Software Developer in Test to lead the charge in leveraging AI technologies for development and testing. This individual will bring deep expertise in applying AI and QA processes and will help Findem modernize our testing capabilities. Specifically, by incorporating AI, this role would enable us to scale QA to support more projects and ensure thorough coverage across both existing products and our rapidly expanding portfolio of AI-driven features.
What You'll Do:
- Support our QA team working on Findem’s products
- Use AI tools to help our engineering teams on testing coverage, automations across locations (U.S, Canada, India, etc…)
- Use AI tools to help QA handle more workloads/tasks concurrently without losing quality in our releases
- Test writings, executions and reporting
- Automating our manual test executions
Your Working Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering or higher, preferably in Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in the QA / SDET discipline
- Knowledge of and experience using AI tools to help development and testing, such as: VS+ Cline, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Claude, Cursor + Cody, et
- Experience using tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Browser Development Tool, CI/CD (i.e Jenkins), Playwright/Selenium
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Our compensation range reflects the cost of labor across multiple geographic markets. The base salary for this role will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.
