Job Summary
Job Description
This is a summer internship for Game Design (Game Planning) at Pearl Abyss, located in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Responsibilities include character actions, monster AI, quest settings and dialogue, item creation, and other game design tasks. Ideal candidates are passionate about open-world RPGs, having played at least 10 such games, currently playing for at least 2 hours daily, and having completed at least two games twice. Experience with classic games is also valued. The internship runs from June 30, 2025, to August 22, 2025. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real projects.
Must have:
- Passion for open-world RPGs
- Experience with game design tasks
- Played at least 10 RPGs
- Daily playtime of 2+ hours
Good to have:
- Completed 2+ games twice
- Extensive classic game experience

Job Details

- 캐릭터 액션, 몬스터 AI, 퀘스트 설정 및 대사, 아이템 제작 등 게임디자인에 관련된 모든 실무
필수 경험 및 역량
- 오픈월드와 RPG를 좋아하며, 해당 장르 게임을 최소 10개 이상 클리어해보신 분
- 현재도 매일 2시간 이상 플레이하는 게임이 있으신 분
우대사항
- 2회차 플레이를 완료한 게임이 2개 이상이신 분
- 하나의 게임을 휴식기 없이 오랜 시간 플레이하신 분
- 고전 게임을 많이 즐겨보신 분
