Part of the Global Business Unit Land and Air Systems (LAS) within Thales Group, Thales AMS (Airspace Mobility Solutions) is providing leading edge airspace control and security solutions for the commercial and defense sectors, as well as digital solutions for Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) and Digital Aviation.
AMS represents revenues of over 500 million Euros worldwide and is the global market leader in the space of Air Traffic Management and one of the most credible players in the new UTM space.
AMS address different markets of Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions (mainly SW based). Projects involves teams in France (Rungis/Toulouse), Portugal, UK, Romania and Australia.
The System Engineer and Verification / Validation (SEVV) position is responsible for writing and managing product specifications and interface with the key stakeholders: SE Lead in France, the Feature Teams from the development, integration, verification and validation teams in Romania or in France. SEVV is responsible also to verify and validate the system.
This position is based in Romania at THR with some international travels (30%).
The first 2 to 3 months will require coming to Toulouse for the upskilling / training.
