Job Summary

This role involves system administration and technical support, including routine maintenance, upgrade rollouts, user account management, and proactive monitoring of system data and performance. The specialist will also be responsible for developing customer requirements, ensuring accurate data integration across systems, and conducting business analysis to translate needs into technical solutions, including customer master data management and governance.

Must Have

  • Perform routine system maintenance (Applications, SW Infrastructure)
  • Oversee upgrade rollouts to ensure reliability and optimal performance
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles
  • Address technical issues promptly
  • Monitor system data and performance metrics
  • Identify trends and address anomalies proactively
  • Develop for customer’s requirement
  • Ensure accurate data integration between all relevant systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs

  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes
  • Recommend best practices
  • Manage and govern customer master data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • 4+ years experience in Java (Java, Spring, Mybatis, Hibernate or JPA), Go, Linux Shell Application Development & Management
  • 4+ years experience in Linux & NT Server Operation
  • 2+ years experience in AWS Operation
  • 2+ years experience in Docker, Kubernetes Management
  • 4+ years experience in business analysis, system administration, or related technical support roles
  • Bilingual (English/Korean)

Job Description

System Administration and Technical Support:

  • Perform routine system maintenance (Applications, SW Infrastructure) and oversee upgrade rollouts to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles while addressing technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor system data and performance metrics, identifying trends and addressing anomalies proactively.
  • Development for customer’s requirement.

Data Integration:

  • Ensure the data is integrated accurately between all relevant systems

Business Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes, recommending best practices
  • Customer master data management and governance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Salary: $65,000 - 70,000/yr. (D.O.E)

Qualifications

  • Required Java (Java, Spring, Mybatis, Hibernate or JPA), Go, Linux Shell Application Development & Management (+4 years)
  • Required Linux & NT Server Operation (+4 years)
  • Required AWS Operation (+2 years)
  • Required Docker, Kubernetes Management (+2 years)
  • Proven experience in business analysis, system administration, or related technical support roles. (+4 years)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
  • Bilingual (English/Korean)
