Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and deploying new systems in accordance with established processes, including checklists, Change Advisory Board (CAB) approvals, and patch management. They will optimize and exploit the IT infrastructure, continuously managing systems and applications. The role involves monitoring and tuning system and application performance, resolving incidents promptly, and participating in asset management. Ensuring proper functioning of backups, facilitating communication between production, clients, and IT teams, and building relationships with clients for rapid project setup are also key responsibilities. The administrator will also manage licenses, contribute to security reviews, assist in maintaining ISO 27001 compliance, provide helpdesk services in line with SLAs, and create quality documentation such as DATs, SOPs, and user guides. This role requires strong technical and communication skills to ensure efficient IT operations and client satisfaction.
