Job Description

The Systems Analyst Full is responsible for analyzing, developing, and maintaining systems, meeting demands from internal and external users. They collaborate closely with business areas to understand needs and propose suitable technological solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical capabilities. This professional will also direct demands not directly related to development, such as operational questions or systemic problems, aiming to solve the exposed problem or provide clear and precise information. They should map opportunities for improvement in existing systems, identifying points of optimization, automation, or innovation that can add value to operations. They should have knowledge of the available solutions portfolio (internal and market) to recommend the best alternative according to user needs.
Must Have:
  • Provide level 2 (L2) support for incidents and technical requests from internal users, ensuring efficient resolution and clear communication.
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve production incidents, especially those identified by operations or monitoring tools.
  • Improve daily operational processes, proposing continuous improvements that increase efficiency and reduce recurring failures.
  • Optimize applications and improve performance, identifying technical bottlenecks and applying adjustments in code, infrastructure or configuration.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of monitoring solutions, ensuring that they are correctly implemented and aligned with the needs of applications in production.
  • Diagnose technical and functional problems, using the internal knowledge base and documenting new solutions to continuously feed this repository.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical problems, proposing corrective and preventive actions with a focus on system stability.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business areas to ensure aligned deliveries.
  • Participate in system tests and validations, ensuring that new versions or corrections comply with company requirements and standards.
  • Maintain updated technical documentation, including manuals, operational procedures and incident records, to ensure traceability and future support.

Is responsible for acting in the analysis, development and maintenance of systems, meeting demands from internal and external users. Maintains close collaboration with business areas to understand their needs and propose adequate technological solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and the company's technical capabilities.
