Is responsible for acting in the analysis, development and maintenance of systems, meeting demands from internal and external users. Maintains close collaboration with business areas to understand their needs and propose adequate technological solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and the company's technical capabilities. This professional will also be responsible for directing demands that are not directly related to development, such as operational questions or systemic problems, with the aim of solving the exposed problem or providing clear and precise information.
They must map opportunities for improvement in existing systems, identifying points of optimization, automation or innovation that can add value to operations. Have knowledge of the portfolio of available solutions (internal and market) to recommend the best alternative according to user needs.
