The role involves identifying needs, elaborating system requirements, participating in system architecture, and adapting standard processes. The engineer will also assist in defining safety and cybersecurity requirements, lead functional analysis, and participate in failure analyses. This position requires expertise in requirements elaboration, system architecture, and automotive product development.

Must Have

• Identify needs and analyze input specifications (client, platforms, manufacturing, security, regulations, etc.)
• Elaborate system requirements from stakeholder needs
• Participate in and update project system architecture
• Adapt standard processes to specific project requirements
• Identify and resolve system-related risks and problems
• Assist Functional Safety Manager in safety requirements analysis and definition
• Support Cybersecurity Manager in cybersecurity requirements analysis and definition
• Lead functional analysis and decomposition of system requirements into system elements
• Participate in failure analyses (DFMEA)
• Expertise in requirements elaboration (DNG)
• Knowledge of system architecture (ideally on IMS/DMS)
• Experience in automotive product development and validation
• Good understanding of software, hardware, mechanical, and optical domains in automotive products
• Knowledge of solutions for embedded development in automotive
• Proficiency in ASPICE and ISO 26262-2 standards
• Proficiency in DNG, Rhapsody, IBM Jazz tools
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar position
• Advanced English (written and oral)

Missions:

• Participate in the project's system architecture and update it according to scope evolutions.
• Adapt standard processes to specific project requirements.
• Identify and track system-related risks and problems until their resolution.
• Assist the Functional Safety Manager in the analysis and definition of safety requirements.
• Support the Cybersecurity Manager in the analysis and definition of cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead functional analysis (external and internal) and the decomposition of system requirements into system elements.
• Participate in failure analyses (DFMEA).

Qualifications

Technical skills:

• Expertise in requirements elaboration (DNG).
• Knowledge of system architecture (ideally on IMS/DMS).
• Experience in automotive product development and validation.
• Good understanding of software, hardware, mechanical, and optical domains applied to automotive products.
