This role involves supporting the service team, managing complaints, controlling performance, purchasing materials, and servicing key accounts. Must Have

• Accompanying and supporting the service team in the field
• Complaint management and customer support
• Performance control (team & subcontractors)
• Material and equipment purchasing including warehouse management
• Support of dispatch with technical input
• Servicing key accounts in the field
• Maintenance of all records & documents during fixed office hours
• Contact person for fleet topics
• Completed technical training, ideally in ventilation, cleaning or building technology
• Valid car driver's license class B

Good to Have

• Experience in employee leadership or foreman activities
• Knowledge in dealing with key accounts

For the Technical Hygiene Service division, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) in Technical Hygiene Service to strengthen our team in the Nuremberg to Munich area.

Versatile and independent - Your tasks

• Accompanying and supporting the service team in the field
• Complaint management and customer support
• Performance control (team & subcontractors)
• Material and equipment purchasing including warehouse management
• Support of dispatch with technical input
• Servicing key accounts in the field
• Maintenance of all records & documents during fixed office hours

Qualifications

Proactive and strong in communication - Your profile

• Completed technical training, ideally in ventilation, cleaning or building technology
• Experience in employee leadership or foreman activities advantageous
• Knowledge in dealing with key accounts desirable
• Valid car driver's license class B
• Field service oriented
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, discretion
• Structured way of working as well as a high degree of reliability, willingness to perform and customer orientation
