Lead Service Technician (m/f/d) Technical Hygiene Service

Rentokil Initial GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Lead Service Technician for their Technical Hygiene Service division in the Munich area. This role involves supporting the service team, managing complaints, customer care, performance control, material procurement, and key account support. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, a B driver's license, and be field service-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Must Have

• Accompanying and supporting the service team in the field
• Complaint management and customer support
• Performance control (team & subcontractors)
• Material and equipment purchasing including warehouse management
• Support of dispatch with technical input
• Support of key accounts in service deployment
• Maintenance of all records & documents during fixed office hours
• Contact person for fleet topics
• Completed technical training, ideally in ventilation, cleaning or building technology
• Valid B class driver's license
• Field service oriented
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, discretion
• Structured way of working as well as a high degree of reliability, willingness to perform and customer orientation

Good to Have

• Experience in employee leadership or foreman activities advantageous
• Knowledge in dealing with key accounts desirable
