Job Description
Limit Break seeks a TA Operations Specialist in their Tokyo office to support their growing talent acquisition team. This role handles the entire candidate journey, from offer management to onboarding, aiming to make Limit Break a top-rated employer. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing offers, handling background checks, arranging travel, ensuring swift communication, managing data in the applicant tracking system, updating job postings, contributing to recruitment projects (events, campaigns, process creation, reporting), and scheduling onboarding sessions for new hires. Collaboration with the Talent Operations Manager is key to improving candidate experience and supporting the team's efficiency.
Must have:
- 1-2 years in recruiting coordination or HR
- ATS experience
- Solution-oriented, reliable, anticipates needs
- Travel for events/off-sites as needed
- Fluent in English and Japanese

業務内容:
● 面接スケジュールの調整、ビデオ面接、オファー管理など、候補者の面接プロセス全般をサポート
● バックグラウンドチェックの手配と監修
● 必要に応じた面接やイベントのための出張手配および宿泊手配
● 候補者体験の向上に向けた、プロセス全体の迅速なコミュニケーション
● 求人管理システムのデータ管理
● 求人情報の正確な更新および掲載管理
● 採用プロジェクトへの貢献（イベント、キャンペーン、プロセス作成、レポート作成等）
● 新入社員向けのオンボーディングセッションのスケジュール調整および参加
応募資格:
● 採用コーディネーション、または人事関連業務での1〜2年の経験
● 求人管理システム（ATS）の使用経験がある方を優遇
● 解決志向で信頼性が高く、候補者や採用チームのニーズを予測できる方
● 必要に応じて会社イベントやオフサイトに出張できる方
● 英語と日本語の2ヶ国語に堪能であること。
