Job Description

Voodoo's Talent Acquisition team seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive full-cycle recruiting for a specific business unit (Growth, BeReal, Gaming, Engineering & Data). Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, pipeline management, and collaboration with hiring managers on role development and interview strategy. The role requires developing employee referral relationships, utilizing sourcing tools, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and contributing to process improvement. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical, organizational, and business acumen. Fluency in English and French is required.

Team

Our Talent Acquisition team is made up of 19 recruiters, each dedicated to a specific Business Unit: Growth, Bereal, Gaming, Engineering & Data. We work on a wide variety of roles (strategic, business & technical experts). Each team is fully integrated into their business units, offering close collaboration with very senior stakeholders to shape Voodoo's future organization, through top-notch hiring methods, tools and expertise. To better support Voodoo's continued growth, we're looking for TA specialists to join different teams

Role

    • Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Business Unit you’re allocated to, proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions (Tech, Product, sales, marketing, etc)
    • Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team,
    • Cultivate employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
    • Dynamically source passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
    • Ensure top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
    • Continually partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics

Profile

    • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
    • Familiar with a fast-paced environment 
    • Ability to build true business partnerships
    • Great analytical and organizational skills
    • Curious and business-oriented
    • Fluent in English and French
