Teamleader Technical Parts Inspection

In this challenging role, you will lead a team of technical employees responsible for the identification, incoming inspection, and data collection of technical parts. You will manage daily operations, provide support, and guide your team's growth into product specialists. Your responsibilities include adjusting processes, removing obstacles, fostering collaboration with other departments, and inspiring your team. Must Have

• Organize daily activities and manage a technical team (approx. 20 employees) for product data collection, checking, and documentation.
• Guide, coach, and develop employees in their technical expertise.
• Communicate constructively with team members, colleagues, and management; promote inter-departmental cooperation.
• Monitor quality, completeness, and accuracy of technical data and product documentation; initiate improvements.
• Motivate and coach team members to foster a positive atmosphere, learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process optimization within the domain.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, order, and cleanliness regulations; oversee correct use of technical measuring equipment.
• Familiarity with technical parts, processes, and parts data within TVH.
• Experience in a leadership position.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

You ensure the daily organization, follow-up, and support of your team, and guide them in their growth to become true product specialists.

You adjust where necessary, create conditions, remove obstacles, create challenges, build bridges and synergies with other departments. You set a good example and inspire and motivate employees. Thanks to your solid technical background and eye for detail, you can monitor and improve both operational efficiency and technical data quality.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily organization of activities and employees in your technical team (approximately 20 employees) responsible for collecting, checking, and documenting technical product data.
• Guiding, coaching, and developing employees in their technical expertise, so that their knowledge and competencies are optimally utilized.
• Communicating constructively and appropriately with employees, fellow team leaders, and management, and promoting cooperation with other departments (such as P&P and Quality).
• Monitoring the quality, completeness, and accuracy of technical data and product documentation, and initiating improvement actions where necessary.
• Motivating and coaching employees to contribute to a positive team atmosphere and a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Thinking along and taking action regarding process optimization within your domain.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations regarding safety, health, order, and cleanliness, and the correct use of technical measuring equipment.

• You are familiar with technical parts, processes, and parts data within TVH.
• You have experience in a leadership role.
• You possess strong communication and leadership skills.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
• You have good organizational and planning skills.
• You have a sense of responsibility and initiative.
• You are reliable and discreet.
• You are computer literate / administratively strong.
• You are eager to acquire new knowledge.
