Ninja Van is a late-stage logtech startup disrupting the logistics industry with innovation and cutting-edge technology. Must have:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software that drives Ninja Van’s complex logistics operations.
  • Take ownership of the architecture and implementation of major features, modules, and entire products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers—to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, and integrate third-party services where necessary.
  • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and team collaboration activities.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in software development.
  • Minimum 8+ years of industry experience is required.
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer or in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading/managing tech teams is mandatory.
  • Good understanding in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React.js and TypeScript.
  • Strong back-end development expertise using Java or Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software that drives Ninja Van’s complex logistics operations.
