Job Summary
ByteDance seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for its Global Edge Cloud service. The TAM will be the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment and optimization of edge cloud solutions (CDN, Edge Security, Edge AI, Lightweight Computing). Responsibilities include customer relationship management, providing expert guidance on edge cloud infrastructure design and implementation, proactive support and issue resolution, strategic planning and consulting, training and enablement, and advocating for customer needs internally. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in technical account management or a related field with a focus on edge cloud technologies, strong understanding of CDN architectures, video streaming, security protocols, and edge computing frameworks, and excellent communication skills.
Must Have
- 3+ years experience in TAM or related role focusing on edge cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of CDN architectures, video streaming, security protocols, and edge computing
- Proven track record of managing enterprise customers and ensuring high satisfaction
- Expert guidance on designing, implementing and optimizing edge cloud infrastructures
Good to Have
- Advanced certifications in cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with video cloud services
