Technical Delivery Manager for CIAM Authentication working closely with technical teams and product leads to deliver key Objectives & Key Results. This role involves delivering projects within scope, time, and cost, managing risks, and leading project teams. The manager will estimate resources, prepare plans, implement communication strategies, and monitor project progress.   • Prepare and maintain project plans, tracking activities against the plan.
  • Implement effective communication plans and operating rhythms, including accurate reports.
  • Monitor costs, timescales, and resources, taking action on deviations.
  • Lead change control, gaining agreement for revisions from project partners.

Job Details

Technical Delivery Manager for CIAM Authentication working closely with technical teams, product leads to deliver key Objectives & Key Results.

  • Delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization’s project management framework.
  • Actively participates in all phases of the project or specific phases of larger projects. Identifies, assesses and handles risks to the success of the project
  • Effectively manage project team contentions, build partnerships, and commitment to make decisions
  • Estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed scope and constraints.
  • Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan
  • Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports.
  • Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
  • Leads change control gaining agreement for revisions from project partners.
