This role involves handling customer inquiries via email and phone, supporting both individual (B2C) and business (B2B) customers. Responsibilities include addressing complaints, post-warranty repair inquiries, and technical issues, explaining electronic devices to non-technical users. The advisor must communicate professionally, focus on service quality, and accurately input data.
Must Have
- Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls
- Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)
- Deal with complaints, post-warranty repairs, and technical issues
- Explain how electronic devices work to non-technical customers
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner
- Input data, write quickly and clearly
- Fluent Polish (C1/C2) – both written and spoken
- Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken
- Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work
- Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers calmly
- Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills
- Experience in customer service (individual / business customers)
